The quality of your custom garments upon completion relies heavily on the quality of the artwork used to generate our print and embroidery files. Taking a little extra time to ensure your artwork aligns with the following criteria is well worth it.

Proofing
It's essential to remember that we won't commence printing or embroidering any garments until they have undergone proofing and received your approval. Our experienced team diligently reviews your order, promptly addressing any potential issues. If any questions arise, we'll be sure to get in touch with you. If everything appears satisfactory, we'll send you an artwork proof via email for your endorsement before proceeding with production.
File Types
Ideally, we recommend providing vector artwork, which can be submitted in AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG file formats.
Text in Artwork
For all vector artwork, it's crucial to convert all text within your designs into outlines. This ensures that our computers can accurately replicate your artwork without necessitating access to the specific fonts you've used.
Artwork Quality / Resolution
As a general guideline, strive to upload the highest quality and resolution version of your logo or design that you possess. If we determine that your supplied artwork may yield subpar results, we'll promptly contact you to discuss the most suitable course of action.
