Once you’ve placed your order, our team will be in touch to request your artwork – for full requirements, read here. We won't commence printing or embroidering any garments until they have undergone proofing and received your approval.

We have designed a number of bundles that are generally very popular, however we know that everyone’s needs are unique and these may not fit your requirements. If there are alternate products that you would like to swap out, we will look at pricing and availability to see if this is possible. Alternatively, if you would like to build your own bundle from scratch, please talk to our team who will be able to look into getting the best price for you.

Our catalogue is huge, and sometimes not everything makes it onto our website. If you have a specific item in mind but you can’t find it, reach out to our team and we will be able to source it for you.

Shipping times are dependent on proofing, approval, printing processes and order sizes. However, we always strive to send your order out within 5 working days of order approval. If you haven’t received your order within 14 working days, please contact us for further assistance.
